This includes, but is not limited to:

• Character designs, likenesses, names, and profiles

• Lore, world-building, timelines, poetic texts, quotes, love letters, and The Vault entries

• Brand language, iconography, symbols, slogans, and movement terminology

• Visual identities, story frameworks, and conceptual artwork

• Audio, video, and written content created for Bone & Banner across all platforms

All such creative works are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the owner, regardless of the tools used to develop or visualize them.

3. Protection of Bone & Banner Characters & Likenesses

All likenesses, persona elements, descriptions, and visual stylings of Bone & Banner characters — including but not limited to Elias, Ironbeard, Santiago, Rowan, Lyla, and any future named or unnamed members of the Union of the Unbroken — are protected creative assets.

This includes:

• Physical appearance, mannerisms, aesthetic style, clothing, and symbolic marks

• Personality traits, backstory events, emotional arcs, and narrative roles

• Poems, letters, internal monologues, and thematic writing

These elements may not be recreated using AI or human means, in whole or in part, for any purpose (commercial, creative, training, or entertainment) without written authorization.

4. Restrictions on the Use of AI-Generated Images & Videos

All AI-generated images, videos, animations, or concept assets displayed by Bone & Banner Co. are:

• Derived directly from original IP

• Protected under the same creative rights

• Not permitted for public reuse or redistribution

• Not to be used for merchandising, derivative works, promotional content, or publication by any third party without written approval

Unauthorized use — including saving, altering, uploading, reposting, minting as NFTs, or using in AI training datasets — is strictly prohibited.

All AI-generated content must adhere to these brand guidelines.

You may not:
